		<description>Steve
At the Memphis Music Foundation we could not agree with you more. We all know that Memphis Music is one of those major strong points that our city is known for - Memphis Means Music - it is a part of our DNA. It should be easy - but we have come to meet with you and your staff a number of times to lament these missings ingredients that you detail here. Access to services and lack of capital are high on the list - we have the creative people with the big ideas but the road blocks to their success are sometimes more than anyone can imagine. I know that all of us working together can make it happen. Coordination and collaboration are the keys and I&#039;m glad that you are taking a leadership role in this. Count on my full support.
