Given his humility, many of your readers may not know who Herbert was, but the thousands upon thousands of people he helped over the years certainly do. As everyone who spoke at Herbert's packed memorial service emphasized, the best we can do to honor his memory is to help others as selflessly as he did. We are diminished by his passing, but we can and should continue to be inspired by his example.
